Planing mill
Aan de hand van uw wens gaan we op zoek naar de duurzame oplossingen in hout. Van Ierssel Houtimport heeft de expertise en de middelen in huis. Met onze machinale hebben we tal van mogelijkheden. Van schaven van verschillende profielen, haaks korten en volledig op maat zagen. Vereenvoudig uw montage door het vooraf door ons te laten bewerken. Voor aanvullende bewerkingen werken wij nauw samen met externe partners.
Onze schaverij schaaft tot een maximale kopmaat afmeting van circa 300 x 300 mm. Wij kunnen allerlei profileringen en modellen voor u maken. Uitstekende kwaliteit en de juiste maatvoering staan hierbij voorop.

1 to 4-sided planed
Depending on the application, you can choose from 1 to 4-sided planed wood. This is applicable to all types of wood. Rounded or beveled edges can be applied to one to four sides of the wood. This can vary from 1 x 1 mm to 15 x 15 mm, with a maximum thickness of 120 mm and a width of 365 mm. Sawn bevelled edges are also possible, with larger dimensions being possible. Round edges can vary from 50 to 60 mm and 70 to 100 mm, with a radius of 3 mm to 15 mm, depending on the thickness of the wood.

Profiles
We offer a wide range of planing profiles for wood. To make this clearer, we have given our profiles names. For example, our facade profiles have names of world cities and our decking planks have been given flower names. This way you immediately have an idea of the possibilities we offer.
